TFR or not?

Hi friends just wondering about this. Will be undetectable 3 years soon and unsure about whether stay on treatment(20mg Sprycel) or try TFR? Any experience/advice greatly appreciated. 

Hi Tanya ,haven't heard from you for a while.I am the same as you just over 3 years undetectable and thinking of TFR after Christmas my 5 year anniversary  .I reduced my dose of Dasatinib nearly a year ago now I think to 10 mg every day ,using a pill splitter .Maybe give this a go first or 20 mg every other day and see how you get on .Good Luck , Denise.

Great hearing from you Denise! I don’t think my Haemotologist would want me do the spilt pill thing. Would like try 10mg first. Good idea;:) great to hear yr well and let’s stay in touch esp. when going TFR!

Hiya,ime a naughty girl ,I reduced the dose myself, I have done all along  and then told my Doc I had done it .I have taken advice from the experts off this forum because my Doc isn't a CML expert ,I would be on 100 mg if my Doc had her way and never reduced ,god knows what state I would be in if I had followed her advice.Good Luck ,Keep well ,Denise.
