I hope gentlemen of the forum will find this interesting. I have an appointment with my doctor. Certainly more informed and more confident about treatment choice and hygiene care.

Thankfully I am now in control of my eczema in a very sensitive area.
After a little trial and error, my doctor prescribed a thrush and eczema cream, that after a week worked!!
To maintain this success, three times daily I use an emollient cream.
Life is so much more comfortable without boxer shorts full of dead skin!!
