My husband is taking 400mg of Glevic and although it is very slowly bringing his pcr count down (it is currently 0.026) he has suffered quite a few side effects from it. These have included leg pain, jaw pain and an extensive rash which has caused him to have two breaks from taking Glevic.
He is currently getting a straw coloured discharge from both ears. He has no ear infection and again we are wondering if this could be a possible side effect of Glevic. We wondered if it was possible that it is his lymph glands ridding the body of some of the cml cells. Has anyone else had this?
I really don't know what we would do without this site. I visit it on a daily basis and reading other queries and answers helps us more than you will ever know.
We look forward to meeting you all next month for the National Seminar.
In the meantime our love to you all.
