Hi everybody,
not been on for ages but need help and advice. Was diagnosed march 2004,taking 500mg glivec n doing ok but am really strugling with chronic fatigue now.I have a match with my brother who is 61 yrs, i am now 48 yrs old.
Have shut thoughts of transplant out of my head until recently but feel i need a better quality of life than i have.
The question of should i go for transplant is with me at the moment.
I do a lot of voluntry work and am busy setting up a Cancer Support Centre in Oldham but am finding things hard just to get through the day without lots of rest.
Dr lucas who is arranging this years seminar is my consultant and i feel the need to attend.
Are there any places left?
