Im running the London marathon tommorow. Please sponsor me if you can afford to.

Dear all,

I'll be running the London marathon tommorow for the second time since my transplant in November 2005 for Leukaemia CARE.

The training's gone fairly well alhough I had a 3 week break because of a minor injury which has now fully healed. I'm starting to get a little nervous already so have been awake since 6:00!

If you can afford to please sponor me by clicking the link below to my secure online sponsorship page.

Please sponsor me for the 2008 London marathon!

Dear all,

Many thanks to all of you that sponsored my brother Craig and I for today’s London marathon. We returned home about an hour ago and are pleased to tell you all everything went really well. My official time was 3:57:43 compared to 4:56:12 last year, so almost an hour faster. Craig’s official time was 4:22:08 compared to 4:59:41 last year which is also a huge improvement.

It’s not too late to sponsor us; you can do so by visiting our secure website at:

Mine and Craig’s official split times

Craig and I have got tomorrow off of work thankfully so will most probably be lying down in front of the TV recovering! They say it takes 1 day for every mile ran to recover, so I’ve got an excuse to be lazy for the next 26 days!!

Many thanks again for your continuous support.

Martyn and Craig :-)
