I don't know if this is of any use to anyone but I have been able to claim money back from my health care insurance for the bone marrow checks I have had done. The company basically cover any outpatients treatment for cancer or procedure that requires an anesthetic.
There are not many bonuses to having CML so I was pleased to find this one.
