Blood Results - Clarification - Information

Hi guys

I just had my 3 month testing - PCRU continuing which is great.
At times my BCR/abl was either negative 10 or 11 against BCR of 530 000 or 250 000 and this time against 530 000 BCR the BCR/abl was a big fat zero. The lowest incidence of disease progression from this lab which is in my Captial City's Emergency Hospital.

My question though

Even though PCRU and continues to be so (diagnosed 08/2007 -
PCRU very early Oct 2008).

The last blood test my white cells were just below normal
and border line neutropenia (11/ 08). The next blood test 02/09) is showing the same trend and all white cells themselves and all others are also reduced.

White Cells - 3.4
Neut - - 1.4
Lymph - 1.5
Mono - 0.2 (lower end of scale)
Eosin - 0.2 (lower end of scale)

Also my general chemistry is interesting even though taking supplements (from dietician - liquid form) my calcium levels
have started to reduce as has my phosphate and corrected calcium (I do not know what corrected calcium is?)

Another concern is my kidney level test eGFR is 58 ML/min/1.73m 2

Lab reports if this is a new abnormality (which it is) suggests a urine albumin/creatinine ration and assessment of CVD risk factors

What does this mean?

Is there an issue of falling general blood levels for other white cells and general chemistry.

All just below normal?

Has anyone experienced this when PCRU and what do you do about it?

Your advise would be appreciated

Sue
