esa and dla

hi everyone just after a bit of help last may 09 i had a aorta dissection i spent 6 weeks intensive care when i came out of hospital made a claim for esa i had to have a medical in september 09 for my claim then january 2010 found out i had cml then tried to claim dla  went for another medical was told then i no longer was going to get esa then was told i could not get dla i was to i had to try and get a job even though i have good and bad days so at the moment i do not get anything apart from money from my saving which is about to run out i am 42 and have worked all my life is there any advice please help
