I think this is an opportune moment for reflection- given what we are now facing in the UK- I thought it might be good to take a look at the article below about Brian Druker MD who's dedication and work started all this. See just exactly what was acheived- and how many of us have benefitted from his (and others) work.
Re: templates/ addressess/ petition/ and other background stuff.
Please be assured that we are working realy hard to produce letter templates for you to use- they must be personalised of course but we will also put up a few salient points that you might like to use in your arguments which can then be directed at MP's NICE and Secretary of State for health Andrew Lansley. I have some very useful addresses that I will also share over the next 24 hours. it will help if you target your letters effectively rather than just sending them to the general DH contacts for some junior civil servant to decide to forward or not.

Be assured also that the CML Support Group are in touch with all the interested parties re this disasterous ACD recommendation. This is a concerted group effort with lots going on behind the scenes.
