I have had CML since August 2004 and for the 1st 5 1/2 years was on Gleevec with a good response. However I had quite a few side effects and in May 2010 was changed to Nilotinib. I am doing very well with a PCR hovering around 0.007. However the side effects still remain, but to a slightly lesser degree.
I have now been offered Bosutinib. I would like to ask anyone who is currently on Bosutinib to contact me either through this site or privatly at steven.carol@ntlworld.com. I would like to know what side effects they have been getting and more importantly reaction to the drug and what the PCR and experience is.
