If you are living and being treated in Wales and have had to use the IPFR (individual patient funding request) process in order to access treatment with one of the following TKIs, dasatinib, bosutinib or ponatinib, then please get in touch with an outline of your experience using this process. There is a review of IPFR being undertaken at the moment and Patient Groups are invited to submit comments to the appointed reviewer. If you have had negative (or positive) experiences using the IPFR please let us know so we can improve this process where needed.
