Probable cause of CML

HI all,
i am CML patient from India. In october i had donated blood at that time my CBC report were normal, but during a routine test in december my TLC was 96000 i have been a kidney stone patient from last 12 years and i usually undergo lithotripsy surgery , at least once in a year.could the X-RAY used in lithotripsy cause CML ?
certainly i have some questions which usually goes on my mind like:
1)TKIs do good work , but what is the probability that a CML patient may have to undergo SCT
2)can TKIs itself may cause MUTATION when they become resistant
3)why not should i have a HLA typing in advance , so that i could know who is my donor in advance
4) why not to go with HAPLO transplants?

regards
Akash

Interestingly, I had both an X-Ray to find a kidney Stone about 30 months before diagnosis, and a further CT-Scan (which did find it) 24 months before DX. I was 15x normal white cells at DX and a rough estimate of 18 months to 2 years since disease inception.

I strongly believe that the CT scan over my abdomen was the cause of the CML, and I now studiously avoid all unnecessary ionising or high frequency radiation, whether medical or in the new type airport body scanners. Whilst this doesn't make me popular with airport security staff, you can now opt out both in the UK and in the US, but only for a pretty invasive body search.
