There may be separate registration procedures for Scotland and Wales.Even if you think that you might not need support with shopping and delivery to your home of medications it will be useful to receive the text updates and email alerts.Apparently local authorities have the remit to work with the supermarkets and coordinated by the Army for the delivery of food parcels to those in self isolation who have no family support or those of us that run out of food.
