Lab Question

Hi Everyone,

My doctor let me know last week that my 9 month PCR was undetectable. I was obviously thrilled until the final report was uploaded and it read .044. I messaged him and he said that the report was "updated" by the lab. My 6 month PCR was .033, done at a different lab from 9 month. Has this happened to anyone? Any clue why it would read as undetectable and then .044? Should I be concerned?

Don't understand the bit about lab updating. However statistically the difference between one reading of 0.03% and the next of 0.04% is not significant. If it trends up again next time I'd want to go on to more regular testing and if the next one was up again you need to have a chat with the doc, especially of you get over 0.1%. Also worth checking if the labs are reporting their own results or IS results, which are directly comparable.
