I've been on bosutinib for 16 months. I get on well with it, but have a couple of issues that I wonder if anyone else has. firstly I have a persistent cough in the mornings, which clears as the day wears on but does leave me breathless on occasion. The other is that I get periodic bouts of blood in poo (sorry for this !!) It can happen every day for a week, then go away for a month or so. Anyone else on bosutinib have anything like this?

I have been taking Bosutinib for almost two years now. I can’t say I’ve suffered the same side effects as you but it seems for me that every few weeks I can feel quite nauseous for a few days and then it will go away as quickly as it came. I have also found that my hair has become very thin since I started Bosutinib.
It has also reduced my platelet count quite considerably, has it done the same for you? What dosage are you taking?
