Hello everyone. I did some reading on the previous posts listed here related to Magnesium Taurate. My question is what brand and dose do you buy and take? I went to a local vitamin/herb store and they had every type of magnesium known to man, except taurate. I suppose this means I will have to order online. I have been having palpitations regularly and really need to remedy this asap.

and specifically for heart benefits. Two in the morning and two before sleep. 400 mg of Mg per day minimum.
(Keep in mind importance of potassium as well. Eating fruit and vegetables provides plenty of potassium, but if you don't eat 'veggies', then supplementing may be necessary. Avocado is high in potassium as are bananas, sweet potato and broccoli)
