I found out the lab I use (at a major academic center in the US) has a pcr with a sensitivity of 0.0064. If I ever become “undetectable” I will never actually know if I am at 0.0032. Does this have any clinical significance?

PCR question
No clinical significance. Any PCR < 0.01% is in the noise of the test in terms both precision and accuracy.
