Doubts about the quality of samples and copies BCR ABL

Hello, can someone help me? My last PCR result is RM 4.0% 0.0041 coming from RM 4.5, I have my doubts about the Laboratories and the quality of the sample, since the last result is 4.0 with 60,500 copies, I understand that the samples are degrading and the less quantity of copies corresponds to the worse quality of the sample, could someone tell me if this is the case and I should not worry but change laboratories? Thank you and sorry for my english

Statistically there is no different between your last two test results. The test uncertainty at these very low levels is as large as this variation. It would be useful to confirm that these results are converted to the International Scale (IS) which enables comparison between the results of tests at different laboratories. This is explained on this page. I would not consider this result a concern.

Thanks for the answer, the laboratory gives its results in IS, but the striking thing is that whenever a lower quantity of copies of BCR - ABL was counted, the results showed increases, and I think it is due to the poor quality of the sample, always I had better results with more than 100,000 copies, and I have my doubts that the laboratory will leave the sample on hold for a long time and it will deteriorate, I understand that it loses 20% of quality per day at room temperature, I doubt the conservation of the sample, as it took more than 1 month to deliver the results, and the number of copies was only 60,500 the smallest amount collected to date.
