Hi Yash,

it may be a good idea to get your testosterone level checked. One of the symptoms of low testosterone is gynecomastia (extra breast tissue in boys and men). Extra Zinc and Omega 3 can help naturally increase testosterone.... but best to get a check to see if this might be the cause in your case.
