Hi friends! I am not sleeping and it’s getting worse. Seen doctors/naturopaths. Used melatonin and magnesium successfully for 6months now stopped working. Want to try 5HTP. Has anyone used this on our meds and what else can be done to help chronic insomnia? Thank you

5htp is certainly safe, i don't know if it helps insomnia but it can't hurt
Keep up with the magnesium even if you feel its not working
Are there lifestyle changes you can make?
Also many sleep disorders can be helped by camping (ie keeping away from all artificial light) for a period of at least two weeks.
