Hey all new to forum from USA. I was diagnosed sept of 2021. Had Bone marrow biopsy to confirm CML in that month. On 400 imatinib since diagnosis. Had Constant drops in Bcr abl till 06/2022 . 11/21 I was 44.463 Bcr, 12/15 I was 3.91, .78 on 01/15/22 , .09 on 04/15/22 , negative undetectable 05/17/22, .07 06/27/22 and .14 on 08/29 . Oncologist jumped me to 600mg for a month but when I got negative result before I had blood work on 600 so he put me back down to 400mg. Is this just a blip Or is it cause for concern? When oncologist seen the jump from negative to .07 went back to 600mg

Bcr abl increase concern

It's probably not a cause for concern. Your last four PCR test results (~MR2 to ~MR2.5) are really all about the same if you consider the accuracy of the PCR test (+/- .5 log). The undetectable result seems to be the outlier, so it may be the most inaccurate result to date.
Here are my PCR test results during early treatment in 2012 and 2013: 118.683% IS, 003.590% IS, 000.914% IS, 000.434% IS, 000.360%, 000.174% IS. My current treatment is 400mg Gleevec and the most recent PCR result was 000.0264 % IS.
It looks like you're responding well to treatment. You could have another BMB to confirm.
