Has anyone experimented with a sauna protocol?
I've come across some excellent lectures by Rhonda Patrick PhD on youtube. I've been using the sauna for about two weeks now at a rate of 20-30 minutes per session at a temp of approx 75 C. I certainly feel better and my lab in mid December may shed some light on whether it has any effect.
If others out there have tried regular sauna use are willing to share their thoughts, I will be very grateful.
