Got approved to take a GLP1-Zepbound and am wondering if anyone with CML who is using Dasatinib has encountered anything while taking any of the GLP1 drugs. Am targeting weight loss and some cholesterol numbers. Thanks group you are always so informative and providing me with such great advice here in the United States. Been following for many years.
