Appetite

Should I worry when I’ve had such a decrease in my appetite of late, this is something which happened before diagnosis but I’ve now been on nilotinib almost 5 years. I don’t know if this is something I should take seriously

A decrease in appetite should not be taken lightly. If you had these symptoms before you were diagnosed then CML of Nilotinib may not be the cause.
Last summer I lost a lot of weight and I thought it was due to some digestive or stomach issues related to Nilotinib. It turned out to be anxiety. CML is usually the first excuse I jump to when I have health issues. I’ve had to learn over the years what was being caused by the treatment for CML and what was age related. I have often concluded it is a combination of both.
