Hey ! I have been doing good with my BCR decreasing while taking 20 mg of Dastanib. I have been sick a lot lately and at my appointment they stated it had went up from 0.0091 to 0.0288. Now my oncologist is saying I will needed to increase it to 40 mg. I am worried about side effects and how it makes me feel at that dose. I was at 50 mg and it made it hard to work,I was heavily depressed,and extremely lethargic. Now I am extremely worried .Will me being sick or having an infection cause the spike?
