Hope everybody is well. I thought that I would update after my pregnancy. My baby girl is exactly 7 months now and crawling! A right activity bundle...seems fascinated with plant pots! She continues to be the sunshine in my life and brings me so much joy!
With regard to my CML, I am very happy with my results. Within just 3 months of taking Gleevec again, my PCR was back at 0.2% (zero with FISH). I feel really well and am really enjoying motherhood.
I hope this encourages other people who are thinking about becoming pregnant with CML. I didn’t take Gleevec for 12 months but injected myself with Interferon. My baby daughter continues to be completely healthy and has made my life complete!
