Glad the tooth is out ! and most of all that you are feeling fine and that it was all painless.
Sounds like your spleen is going to have to come out ..... Will be interesting to see the development on this. Keep us posted. What is the latest PCR saying ? Your case is quite fascinating and must keep them talking at HH !

Hi Elizabeth,
back down to HH Wed 29th Aug,havent had a PCR result since July 18th, and that was for the test 6 weeks earlier.that was 0.000. Had a bone marrow Biopsy & Aspirate on Aug 9th at my local hospital,samples of which I have to collect & take down to HH on 29th. Hopefully I will get another PCR result from the test done on July 18th. Hope this all makes sense. Had a rough count up,because I didnt keep any records before 2000, & found out Ive had over 20 BMB&A. Theyve got more of me than I have, only joking.

When you are there on 29th look up a lady called Sylvie - she is also there on that day. You can compare notes !

We did meet Sylvie and her husband, and they are a lovely couple, but like the rest of us,they have their problems but they are definitly in the right place to get them sorted.
I myself seem to have two choises, Go back on IF, or have spleen out, neither options are easy to choose. The reason I was accepted on the Imatinib trials was IF made me so ill, I really dont want to go there again.
My bone marrow is full of fibrosis, with little active marrow,if my spleen is making the blood, have I got enough bone marrow to support me if it's removed? It's a poser, no doubt about it. Well we have almost three weeks to think about it, back to HH on 19th,same as Sylvie. Hb now down to 9.9.
