Hi Pennie and all,
I have checked the links to the templates and they work fine. Go to Essential Reading on left hand menu and scroll down until you hit Template Letters etc....
However I have sent copies to Pennie. If anyone else has problems then please let me know and I will forward copies.
I have also uploaded the recently published DH guidelines on PCT Exceptional Cases Processes and also the Rarer Cancer Forum's excellent article 'Taking Exception' and the booklet for advising your consultant on how to appeal negative funding decisions by PCT's.....all are under Newswire on the right hand menu and also 'Essential Reading' on the main menu.
