Rob has now been on Nilotinib for 12 weeks and his Pcr is 1.8 his last PCR on Dasatinib six months ago was 0.4 however he was off treatment altogether for about four months while we waited for the PCT to make a decision about funding Nilotinib, so that can't have helped. Graeme Smith wants to repeat PCR in 6 weeks and then again 6 weeks later just to ensure that if there is an upward trend it is caught and dealt with, although he seems confident that the numbers will begin to drop.
