BBC Website - Donor required

Dear Ian..... thanks for posting the link. I am rather confused though as this article does not mention the fact that there are 2 other drugs available. I wonder what she is being treated with while waiting for a donor to be identified.. I also wonder where she is being treated. It is very rare that a CML patient has to go for transplant, usually only when they have the T315i mutation which is resistant to all currently available drugs (apart from clinical trials). Transplant is not an easy option.
