It seems that NICE have released the ACD for imatinib intolerant individuals:

Their current recommendation is still to not make dasatinib and nilotinib available. We have until 2nd March to respond, with their next meeting on the 9th March.
I haven't had much of a chance to go over this yet, but I will most certainly respond. It would leave the majority of imatinib intolerant patients with no alternative!!

In fact, the BBC apparently did a piece this morning, based on NICE's press release and my plight. I haven't seen it, and only found out about it an hour ago - sending a response as soon as I heard. Really, though, I understand there wasn't much to the story.
