I am looking for any advice that you might have as to how to raise my platelet levels.
Sice I changed drugs from glivec to dasatinib in sept 09, my platelet levels have gradually fallen from over 200, down to a lowest of 32, just 3 weeks ago. Today they have gone back up to 70. They seem to yo-yo up & down for no apparent reason, & this is a mystery not only to me, but also my consultant. We can only put this down to the effects of the drugs. I do not feel any adverse effects from this, but would like to boost my levels if anyone has any ideas.
