This hour-long lecture gives a really informative overview - from his clinician's point of view - of current practice and recent developments in CML treament (to Sept 2010)

I found it interesting and at the the same time encouraging. Encouraging in the way Dr Michael Mauro talks about the successes of Glivec, Dasatinib and Nilotininb. Encouraging in the way he discusses the outlook for a number of new drugs already in trial, that could fight resistance or mutations that could well come into play for CML patients who are struggling with sub optimal responses, in the not too distant future.
Interesting in the way he advises people like myself, who have had good responses on their current drug - but thought about changing, to stick with it - unless there is a good clinical reason to change.
