My 7 year old son (who had ALL PH+) has been on Dasatinib since his last bone marrow transplant (two years ago). It has been a miracle drug for him but he still has leg pain if he does not proactively take Advil every night. We give Dasatinib at 4:30 and then Advil at bed time - those seem to be the best times in terms of pain management. He's now sometimes getting arm pain as well. All is manageable however with Advil. It seems like his growth hormone, however, has been reduced. If anyone has a child who has had a similar growth stunt, let me know if you have found out anything on that front. We are talking to his survivor endocronologist in June about the issue.
