Roger (our technical guy) has kindly put the 2 petitions on the left hand menu so you can now easily access both of them. There is also a 'map' of the signatures so you can see in more detail where the signatories are based. It is heartening that so many people have supported UK patients from all over Europe and other regions of the world.
We were not able to do this before as Roger has been on 'paternity leave' and I do not have the technical expertise. However, these petitions will remain n the site as a history lesson for us all.
Although I have now downloaded the petitions at the numbers they are currently at today 6165 and 3031, I will leave them open until further notice.
I am just off to the printers and will post them to Andrew Lansley Secretary of State for Health, with a copy to Earl Howe as Under Secretary of State for Quality. I will also forward a copy to NICE.
