The Australian Leukaemia Foundation has launched a CML Client Survey however it is for Australians only.
If any Australians would like to fill in the survey and return on line that would be fantastic and appreciated.

The Leukaemia Foundation would like to invite Australians with CML to take part in a survey for people who have been diagnosed at some time in their life with CML.
This survey is designed to help the Foundation to understand the physical, emotional and social experience of having CML.
The Leukaemia Foundation would like to use the information gathered to improve the services we provide to people affected by CML, and to advocate for improvements in the health system to provide better support.
The survey is being funded by the Leukaemia Foundation with Sweeney Research providing their services at a very generous rate. Please be assured all of your responses are completely confidential with no records kept of the identity of participants.
Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary.
Your decision to participate or not will not affect the level of support the Leukaemia Foundation will offer to provide you. Your decision will be respected.
This survey takes about 30 minutes to complete and may be completed in a number of ways:
• You may complete this hard-copy survey and mail it back to us in the reply-paid envelope provided by 31st July 2011.
• Alternatively, you may complete this survey online by going to: http://srnet.com.au/surveys/cml.asp
Please note: If you opt to complete this survey online, it must be completed in one sitting.)
• Finally, friendly Leukaemia Foundation volunteers will soon be phoning people who have been affected by CML - providing the option of completing this survey via the phone. They will clearly identify themselves, and will only be enquiring about participation in the survey. These callers will NOT be seeking donations of any kind.
