EBMT 2013- Patient and Family Day

As you know the EBMT 2013 meeting is almost upon us and with that the Patient and Family Day on Saturday 6th April 2013 09.30 am - 6.00 pm The Mermaid Theatre, Puddle Dock Blackfriars, London EC4V 3DB Can you provide any help with advertising the day to patients? We have contacted all the UK transplant teams and they have advertised in their waiting rooms but of course, many of the transplant survivors come to clinic less frequently so we are wondering how to reach more of them We know that you have an amazing network of patients and carers through CML Support Group and wonder if you have any suggestions as to how to inform them of this opportunity? I attach the programme and flyer.
