energy levels

hi guys

I work as a caddy on the European Golf Tour and as you can imagine it's quite a physical and stressful job. I am constantly travelling through different times zones and waking up at varying times each day. As a result my energy levels need to be high and to date i haven't found anything on the market to keep these at required levels. I saw an advertising board yesterday showing a product called Feroglobin which claims reduces fatigue and includes vitamins B6, B12 and Zinc. It also states is has haemoglobin to help red blood cell production.

Does anyone use or know of this and do you think it would be of benefit?

Thanks

Gary

Mate, I'm impressed you do the job you do. Walking 18 with a push-cart wares me out. Have you tried berocca?

Chris

Hi Gary..... as Chris says, its impressive that you manage to keep up the pace! I see no problem with taking supplements like B vitamins Zinc etc. I would add though that you should not just take individual B's, as this can cause a deficiency in the ones you do not take..better to take a high dose whole B complex, which you can buy in 50mg or 100mg tabs.
I buy online as it is slightly cheaper than the high street.
Try Biovea UK...

You could try the Feroglobin product too. B vitamins are safe to take as you body will just excrete any extra that you do not use.

Also.. my favourite for increasing energy and general well being is to supplement with magnesium chloride oil...again very safe to use... see here

If you are constantly traveling in different time zones then it might be a good idea to try melatonin to regulate sleep patterns. You can buy this online too.

Hope this is helpful,
Sandy

Just noticed my appalling spelling of wear, not 'ware' - putting that down to some tasigna brain fog

Hi guys

thanks for your helpful comments. Sandy, i'll have a look at your supplement suggestions.

An update on Feroglobin - it tastes horrific and really affects my stomach so in addition to the stomach pain from the Glivec, not a good combination!

I have tried Berocco and i use it regularly.

Gary
