Went for my regular check up today at and just 2 weeks short of 9 years I'm 0.022. I have been at this level for a number of years and only once reached PCRu when I changed to Bosutinib for a short while. But as with all the TKi's I've tried I'm intolerant so I stick with the best one for me and that is 400mg of Nilotinob. 0.022 will do me.. My Consultant is happy for me to stay at this level for the next 20-30 years.

Just to say well done and congratulations. I know you have had quite a few intolerance issues but at least you are now comfortable with your QoL on nilotinib and.... an excellent and stable response at 0.022%. As you are tested at HH, which is one of the most sensitive testing methods going, you should be very confident that this is a great result. Keep going, you never know you might get another zero in time- my friend took 11 years to get to a 3 log reduction - thanks to nilotinib she is finally there.
