Latest PCR and 12 year CML anniversary

Just got latest PCR 0.006 On 200mg daily of Nilotinib, and doing OK. Some side effects, but what TKI doesn't have side effects? Just a month to go to my 12th CML anniversary. Its been a long and frequently bumpy road, but hey I'm not complaining Life is Good!

Congratulations Pennie you have done so well. What a fantastic PCR with you on 200mg Nilotonib we are so lucky to have all these TKI's to treat our CML.

Glad you have found a drug that suits you & are getting such good results.

Congratulations Penny on your 12 years since diagnosis.

I was fortunate enough to have mine on July 6th - we are very lucky and I too am eternally grateful to Sandy and everyone associated with this site for their valuable help and advice over the years.

Hi Pennie.... many congratulations on your continuing excellent response. Your latest PCR result is excellent- being somewhere between MR4 and MR 4.5 and will no doubt encourage others who are more recently diagnosed.

Such good news with your PCR result and 12 year anniversary, very heartening for all of us too.
This site and your story always help, I don't come on often but days like today when I am off for my PCR test and check up I always get a bit wobbly. I am doing fine and your story has helped reassure me.
