I have put this post again in a new thread as the other one is getting a little long.
Ashu- David is right, your pcr 9 and 12 month pcr results are virtually the same.
On the molecular level small changes like this are not significant. Again, as David has already pointed out, you should not take one pcr result as a cause for concern (although naturally any change can cause worry)..... as there are many variables involved before a lab can generate a pcr result that is a good reflection of the actual level of disease present.
These are very low numbers and the difference between .030 and .024 is not significant.
Losing a zero...i.e say your 12 m result had shown a rise from 0.024 to 0.10 .....would be more significant- but again you would need to see an upward trend from more than one test (preferably 3) before you would say your disease levels were not stable.
To answer your question... these 2 results show stable disease.
