Seville orange and drug interaction

One quick comment on the Seville orange,

There is not much published on the effect of the different preparation that you can make with those, but from a recent Japanese one, it seems that marmalade, which contains a lot of peel from the fruit, where furanocoumarin is present in higher concentration, has the same CYP3A4 inhibitory effect than the grapefruit juice.

So in conclusion, it is best to avoid British orange marmalade.

I read the article - and it seems, if I have got it right, that home-made marmalade may be OK? Some part of the cooking process, different from a factory one, may lead to a reduction in the things we should avoid. Anyway, I have been eating home-made marmalade all the time I have been on imatinib, and I don't yet see any reason to stop! We all need a few guilty pleasures...
