And what is best time to take sprycel any condition for taking sprycel.

Hi there

Your results are way better than mine ever were - I was also on 100mg Sprycel (dasatinib) and it took me 18 months to get to 0.22%.  I stayed on 100mg and eventually reached lower - right now I am on 0.08%.

I take the Sprycel every night at exactly 7pm with a large glass of ginger ale.  I have never experienced the more common side effects such as nausea, headache, or skin disorders.

Good luck!

Martin

I would wait for another PCR to see if there is a trend.  What numbers you have now are both safe and their difference statistically insignificant.  Most practitioners are not starting patients on 140 mg Sprycel, as it has been correlated with a higher incidence of pleural effusions.  Most start at 100 mg or even 70 mg.
