Hi there,
In addition to Alistairs suggestion I always use the work undertaken by some Swiss researchers who have published in Blood Journal an article titled "Drug interactions with the tyrosine kinase inhibitors imatinib, dasatinib and nilotinib" by Haouala et al.If you google "TKIS and drug interaction" you will find it;I am not going to post it as it says for personal use only.
It is quite good on some of the dangerous combinations like aspirin with dasatinib and also combining blood thinners like warfarin with tkis .I found it useful to find a statin that was safe and also a blood pressure reduction pill that did not interact
