Have you tried taking a cold shower to fight off fatigue?
I have never experienced heavy symptoms from TKI, don't blame it for everything negative I feel, but after spending a week of just feeling tired and lacking motivation I found that forcing myself to take a cold shower was an immediate benefit. It was either the cold shower itself or pushing myself to do something unpleasant that made me more motivated afterward.
It is summer now where I live, so it might sound like I'm cheating...
Anyway, hope this ancient "everybody knows but nobody wants to do" method can be beneficial for some.
