Sure, but nice to see other developments considering that for the vast majority do well with TKI there are many that don't and it's good that they haven't forgotten those that don't if you know what I mean.
Absolutely sunny. At anytime anyone can fail TKI. So it’s important for research to continue and not put all our eggs in one basket.
Well technically we need both. That way we cover those don’t respond to TKI Those that do and potentially cure us all one day. The latter bit I’d imagine is a long way off. Who knows.
Do you mean we do badly on TKI ?
TKI works for the “vast” majority but we have to be mindful their are some in the region of 5-10% of people that they don’t work on! That’s why sometimes I feel bad harping on about symptoms when some poor people have a far worse ordeal. I am just saying it’s good to be mindful that their are those few who don’t benefit from TKI and make this a very scary cancer like other types of Leukaemia. As far as I know this is CMLSupport not TKICMLSupport....
