Hi Victoria,
I have suggestion that from experience does give some relief.Rashes may be treated with steroids /cortisones but in terms of long term use lead to thinning of the skin and as a result are not a total solution.I have come across Hopes Relief Intensive Dry Skin Rescue which is suitable for treatment of various skin conditions and rashes;it is cortisone free and has main natural ingredients of calendula, manuka honey, aloe vera etc.It is made in Australia and is available worldwide;normally it is sold in health food shops but is available on Amazon. It is not cheap .
I have two conditions of irritation one is a very itchy scalp with dermatitis and may be an auto immune condition or a reaction to the tki: I sometimes use a steroid lotion but often I find the Hopes shampoo ( a separate product from the cream) damps everything down.I get rashes on my face which are red, itchy and flaky and disfiguring-I use occasionally Betnovate cream ( a steroid ) or I use the Hopes natural cream mentioned above and this helps a lot. You might also use a magnesium oil spray but basically is like a brine but for some can be very soothing for skin conditions -again it might be worth a try;I get mine on Amazon.
The steroid creams/lotions usually are on prescription but the other remedies I mention are not.
I hope that this helps.
John
