Below are the results of my test today. The observed copies of ABL1 seems to be less.

Yes, indeed you should worry. You will need to worry about how to pay for retirement because you are going to live a long life.

You need to worry about your heart health and other things instead of CML.

Your CML is not detected. That is the message. We all have copies of ABL, that is a reference gene and has nothing to do with CML - the disease. BCR-ABL is the key piece of information in your report - and it is "undetected" (listed as zero in your post).

Start worrying that you are going to be around a long time. Assuming you take care of those other things in your life.
