This is normal for a lot of TKIs. The rash will only go when you stop or reduce dose. It’s folliculitis caused by TKI there is another name for pink spots on your skin but I can’t recall what it is called. When I applied a steroid cream to certain body parts it worked but I just learned to live with it because you can’t keep putting that on and it’s harder where there is hair. If you’ve been PCRU for 2 years you should first drop dosage and eventually try tfr again you’re a good candidate for that. I would not under any circumstances stop treatment without speaking to your doctor. Spots are better than a Blast crisis so stick with it as hard as it is for the moment. I am not for one moment descrediting what you’re feeling. Sorry to hear about this.
luckily for me I like picking (not that I advocate this at all on the scalp). I remember how sore it was when I first started treatment.
Speak to your doc about dosage decrease with an aim to stop eventually. In the UK 2 years MMr4 or below is a candidates for tfr.
