Quercetin downregulates the expression of IL15 in cancer cells through DNA methylation
I have been reading your posts and know that you have been TFR for awhile now. Congrats!
Before you went TFR, did you take TKI and quercitin together? What was the dosage you used? Thanks. I want to see if this might result in a deeper response.
I also take vitamin D3K2… 😉
There are many encouraging petri dish experiments with various flavonoids: quercetin, fisetin, berberine and resveratrol. There are also some rodent studies.
There is much negative commentary surrounding resveratrol. Quercetin looks like a better punt, particularly when taken with dasatinib.
Dasatinib alone affects Ephrin/dependence receptors EF1B1, EFB3; CDKN1A. Quercetin alone affects PIK3CD; HIF1a; SERPINE1. D & Q taken concurrently additionally affect SERPINEB2; BCL2L1 [Kennedy].
I am taking 800mg of quercetin phytosome daily.
